For good watching experience it is necessary to have stable and fast internet connection. Connect by wire or get closer to your wireless router. We also recommend using Google Chrome internet browser.
If you still have problems with connection or video quality, try creating a mobile hotspot on your smartphone and connect via mobile internet.
If you are watching from your smartphone and you cannot click any buttons on Entrio interface - check if there is any app icon on top of your screen (eg. unread messages on Facebook messenger or similar) because such apps might interfere with video interface. Remove all such icons and notifications from your screen and try again.
